BLAST—ALL’S EXPLOSIVE CLEANING METHOD IS USED IN SERVERAL APPLICATIONS. EXPLOSIVE CLEANING ELIMINATES THE USE OF WATER INSIDE THE PRECIPITATOR, REDUCES WATER TREATMENT COST INVOLVED IN THE NEW EPA REGULATIONS, AND REDUCES THE AMOUNT OF  EROSION TO THE PRECIPITATOR  INTERNALS AND BOX CAUSED BY  WATER AND FLY ASH.    
 
EXPLOSIVE CLEANING SAVES TIME BY ELIMINATING WATER, SO THERE IS NO UNPLUGING RETRIEVAL LINES . THE PLANT CAN REMOVE THE ASH DRY BY LEAVING THE RETRIEVAL SYSTEM IN SERVICE WHILE EXPLOSIVE CLEANING IS IN PROGRESS. THIS WILL REDUCES VACUUM TRUCK COST ASSOCIATED AND GIVES THE PLANT MORE EFFICENT TURNAROUND TIME.  EXPLOSIVE CLEANING WILL REMOVE 80% - 90%. OF THE LOOSE ASH BUILD UP INSIDE THE BOX.  THE ADDITIONAL ASH CAN BE REMOVED DRY BY FOLLOWING UP WITH AIR LANCING THE OVER HEAD RACKS, THE CORNERS, AND ANY ADDITIONAL BUILDUP INSIDE THE PRECIPITATOR BOX. THIS WILL REDUCE EYE INJURIES WHEN INSPECTIONS AND WORK ARE PERFORMED.
 
EXPLOSIVE CLEANING BEFORE ANY ABRASIVE BLASTING  INSIDE THE PRECIPITATOR, WILL REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF GRIT BLASTING TIME AND MATERIAL USED ON THE PROJECT AND SAVE THE PLANT COST AND TURN AROUND TIME.
